This paper presents an analysis of task offloading performance in Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) systems by comparing traditional stationary Roadside Units (RSUs) with mobile RSUs (mRSUs). The study explores how mobile RSUs can enhance data offloading efficiency, reduce latency, and minimize unprocessed requests during peak network loads. By simulating different operational scenarios, the paper highlights the benefits of mRSUs in improving system responsiveness and resilience. Numerical simulations validate the effectiveness of the task offloading mechanism, demonstrating how dynamic allocation of mobile resources can significantly improve overall system performance in V2X environments.
