For flexible spacecraft under disturbances and deception attacks which makes the aircraft unable to operate according to the predetermined attitude or trajectory, this paper addresses $H_{\infty}$ fault-tolerant control strategy. Firstly, the flexible spacecraft attitude control model and structure of fault-tolerant controller with deception attacks is constructed. Secondly, the control law derived by linear matrix inequality (LMI) is obtained by using the Lyapunov function and $H_{\infty}$ control theory. In the last of this paper, the validity of design method is verified.
