Precise and Resilient Time Service is a fundamental utility across critical national and international infrastructures and mobile platforms such as autonomous vehicles, aircrafts, and vessels. This paper outlines how to obtain such time service from existing LEO mega constellations. It focuses on the User Terminal signal processing aspects which are required for deriving timing pulses from LEO signals and how to align them to UTC. The method presented here does not require any change in the LEO air interface, ground stations and satellites, only a small add-on device in the user terminal.
