Drowsy driving remains a significant cause of accidents, demanding the development of effective detection systems. This paper introduces a real-time drowsiness detection system for vehicles, incorporating an immobilizer to enhance safety. The system employs a camera to monitor driver drowsiness, detecting three levels of sleep and issuing audible alarms as needed. Furthermore, the system includes an SMS notification feature, alerting the driver's contacts with the driver's location details. In instances of severe drowsiness, a power lock activates, gradually slowing down and stopping the vehicle. This proposed system offers a robust solution to combat drowsy driving. Leveraging a binary classifier and advanced technologies, it accurately identifies and responds to driver drowsiness, thereby mitigating accidents and safeguarding both drivers and other road users.
