The relation between the bispectrum and tricepstrum of system output is set up in the paper. From the relation, the authors present a LS algorithm for estimating the parameters of a FIR system. The simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm has a better performance than the GM algorithm (Giannakis and Mendel, 1989) in the case of Gaussian noise.<>
