In this paper dielectric radome at millimeter wavelengths is analyzed by ray tracing and diffraction integral method. The ray tracing is used to calculate the equivalent electric and magnetic currents on the out surface of the radome, in computation the multi-reflection between interfaces of radome has been considered, and the equivalent currents is obtained by the superposition of multi-exit rays. The radiation pattern is calculated by diffraction integral method. Radiation pattern of the antenna with and without radome are presented.
