Blind intersection is a scenario where vehicles are unable to see the conflicting traffic. This scenario is not only specific for the roads but also found in parking lot buildings. To overcome this problem V2X technology is used. DSRC technology is used specifically for a two-way short-range to medium range of wireless communication between vehicles in the parking lot buildings, which helps to send alert messages to the vehicles on other floors. In this paper, an architecture is proposed where SUMO and NS3 are used to simulate the scenario, vehicles alert each other inside the parking lot building. Particular coordinates are considered on every floor of the building when the vehicle reaches that particular coordinate and the alert messages are triggered so that the driver can take action before an accident takes place. This scenario is evaluated using performance metrics and results are shown.
