In this paper, we propose a joint antenna selection and power allocation algorithm for two-way relay networks consisting of two single antenna sources and one multiple-antenna Amplify-and-Forward (AF) relay node. Our approach is based on the maximizing the balanced received signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) of two sources under total transmit power budget of all nodes. We derive a closed-form solution for this optimization problem. The performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed by deriving the overall outage probability and its approximation in high SNRs. This approximation shows that the proposed algorithm achieves full diversity order that is equal to the total number of the relay's antennas. Finally, the performance of the proposed method is evaluated by numerical simulations and compared with analysis.
