Healthcare systems that are based on manual updates and centralized platforms, which result in delays and inefficiencies, frequently struggle to provide real-time monitoring and integration within smart homes. The low-power Zigbee connection used by the proposed system to continuously and in real-time monitor health parameters using activity trackers, temperature sensors, and heart rate monitors overcomes these limitations. Low wiring, quick reaction to health changes, and effective data collecting are all assured by the system. Significant gains were shown by the data, which showed an increase in caregiver satisfaction by 20%, anomaly detection from 80% to 92%, and average alert reaction time from 10 minutes to 2 minutes. Furthermore, the proposed system outperformed the existing system with 20% more energy efficiency and 50% more sensor capacity. These improvements underscore the excellent performance of the proposed system for raising patient care and security in smart home settings.
