Eddy current array detector is widely used in aviation, aviation nuclear power, railway and other fields because of its advantages of fast detection speed, high efficiency and imaging. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure the good performance of eddy current array testing instruments. Eddy current array instruments have a large number of channels, strong dynamic performance, conventional testing methods and devices cannot meet the needs, and manual testing costs and efficiency are low. In order to solve the above problems, the test method of excitation and reception key parameters of eddy current array detector is studied, and a test platform based on LabVIEW and HS5 is built to realize the automatic generation of test results and data saving while testing the fault and performance of eddy current array detector. Compared with the manual test, the error caused by human factors is eliminated and the test efficiency is improved.
