The division of responsibility is a difficult problem faced by the application of driverless vehicles. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Law of the People's Republic of China on W ork Safety, the actual controller of the vehicle is responsible for traffic violations, and the production and business operation entity shall be responsible for the main liability for the accident. Production and business units shall establish a new production safety responsibility system according to the new operation mode of driverless vehicles. Where there is a causal relationship between the vehicle and its parts, roads, management and third-party testing, the relevant units and individuals shall bear the corresponding liabilities according to law.
