This paper introduces a pioneering multi-timescale optimization method for seaport integrated energy systems, specifically designed to enhance both environmental and economic outcomes by incorporating the critical factor of logistics. By leveraging a state-of-the-art hybrid LSTM-GRU model, the seaport load and wind power output are predicted, enabling more precise and effective day-ahead optimization. This approach, which integrates logistic and energy considerations with a goal of total operational cost reduction. In the intraday optimization phase, the forecasts are refined by delving into the time-scale-specific distribution characteristics of wind power and load, employing robust programming to adapt and perfect the harbor's operational strategy in real time. The efficiency of the method is verified through a detailed case study of Tianjin Port, where it significantly enhances both economic efficiency and environmental sustainability. Moreover, this approach not only optimizes energy management but also promotes a deeper synergy between energy and logistics operations, positioning it as a transformative solution for modern seaports.
