This paper reports on the generation of nanojoule range soft-X ray in Ne using a long interaction cell. An output energy is measured to be 50 nJ/pulse at the 59th harmonic (13.5 nm), and the beam divergence is estimated to be 0.35 mrad (FWHM). Moreover, the generation of nanojoule level harmonic energy in wavelength region shorter than 10 nm is also investigated.
