in view of 550 kV overhead transmission lines inspection robot controller crashes during the inspection operations and the bad anti-jamming ability of error checking and problems, the inspection robot based on distributed control system is introduced in this paper, based on the proposed main controller double redundancy control and sensor three redundant fault-tolerant control strategy, and implement on the hardware anti-interference design. Experiments show that the control strategy enhances the reliability of the control system of the inspection robot, and greatly improves the inspection capability of the robot.
