Due to the specialization and large-scale of loading and unloading machinery and transportation tools, container transportation has become an efficient mode of transportation. In order to improve the transportation and management efficiency of containers, this article studies the optimization model and system architecture of container multimodal transportation. Based on operational research methods, construct an optimization model for container multimodal transportation, optimize organizational processes, establish a scheduling production mechanism, and enhance the ability of intermodal transportation connection operations. A hybrid algorithm combining genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the optimization model of container multimodal transportation, leveraging the advantages of both algorithms. Based on a thorough understanding of user needs, design the system structure to obtain the overall plan for system creation. The research results can provide comprehensive information services for supply chain stakeholders.
