Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in various energy storage scenarios. Battery safety in energy storage systems is paramount due to its critical role in preventing incidents and ensuring reliable operation. This research focuses on the safe operation and maintenance issues in the field of lithium-ion batteries and proposes a new anomaly detection method. The existing technology mainly determines battery abnormalities and faults by directly identifying voltage signals, but there are problems such as difficulty in threshold selection, high computational complexity, and insufficient accuracy. In this article, an equivalent circuit model and an internal short circuit model are established based on the actual parameters of the battery test. Then screened the internal short circuit single cells through parameter comparison. Finally achieving online implementation, simple operation, and high-accuracy anomaly detection. The proposed method has high application potential and can provide strong support for the safety management of lithium-ion battery packs.
