The study focuses on optimizing seaport operations using modeling methods and decision support systems. The main emphasis is placed on the implementation of digital technologies and process automation aimed at improving the efficiency of port operations. Based on simulation modeling conducted using the AnyLogic platform, various port operation scenarios were analyzed, bottlenecks were identified, and measures for their elimination were proposed. The research results showed that increasing the number of terminals and pilots significantly reduces vessel waiting times and enhances the port's throughput capacity. The introduction of modern technologies enables managers to make data-driven decisions, contributing to improved productivity and the competitiveness of ports in the international arena.
