This paper introduces a method of hardware security vulnerability mining for intelligent connected vehicles. As a key technology for realizing vehicle intelligence and connectivity, intelligent in-vehicle terminals have brought significant progress to driving experience and vehicle functions. However, with the increase of intelligent terminals in vehicles, the problems of information security and functional security have become increasingly prominent. These intelligent in-vehicle terminals have always been important targets for malicious attacks and reverse engineering by hackers. This paper analyzes the hardware security of in-vehicle terminals, summarizes the hardware security risks existing in intelligent in-vehicle terminals at this stage, verifies the security through the method of vulnerability mining, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to avoid hardware security problems, aiming at guiding automobile enterprises how to deal with and improve the existing hardware security problems at this stage, and avoiding known risks in advance in the design stage. Improve and strengthen the hardware security of in-vehicle terminals, help automobile enterprises master basic safety verification methods, and effectively manage and repair vulnerabilities.
