This project designs a cross-regional information sharing mechanism in vehicle networks based on blockchain technology. Organizations with multiple trustworthy domains make up a blockchain. An improved ciphertext strategy attribute-based encryption algorithm is used to encrypt data, and a cross-domain data fine-grained and secure sharing solution based on blockchain is constructed by combining blockchain and interstellar file systems for storage. For the constructed Stackelberg game, multi-agent reinforcement learning is proposed to find a method of approximating the optimal game to obtain Nash equilibrium. Research results show that the hierarchical access mechanism proposed in this project can effectively reduce the computing and communication costs in the vehicle network, and can provide reliable data protection for the vehicle network.
