In this paper, we present the experimental demonstration of cross-phase modulation-induced Raman soliton self frequency-shift (SSFS) cancellation. Experiment is based on the use of highly nonlinear photonic crystal fibers which has been proved to be an excellent medium to observe cross-phase modulation-induced frequency-shift phenomena in the context of supercontinuum generation.
