This paper presents a comparative study of five sorting methods for Lithium-ion batteries. The principle of each method and the feather of the sorting parameters are obviously described firstly. Then, optimized implement the experiment on LiFePO4/graphite cells. Sorting results are clearly analyzed subsequently. By analyzes the relationship among the parameters, there are strong correlation between impedance parameters measured by different methods, surface temperature rise and internal resistances. By methods comparison, dynamic characteristic consistency of cells is mainly determined by the consistency of cells' low frequency impedance. This paper has significance for battery-group and second-use technology.
