The paper is on the properties of a photorefractive ion determined by ions of a lattice of a ferroelectric crystal. They determine magnitude and orientation of the electrical dipole moment of an impurity, and an influence on orientation of a magnet dipole moment. Thus, it allows characterizing such formation as paramagnetic nanostructure with the proper electrical dipole moment, directional along an optical axis of a crystal, and magnetic dipole moment, casually oriented in a crystal. The photoionization changes the parameters of a paramagnetic nanostructure that superimposes particular restrictions on directions of impulse of a photoelectron in a crystal.
