This paper presents the implemented EMC filtering structure and the EMC test campaign of the Langmuir Probe Experiment (LMP) aboard the European Student Earth Orbiter (ESEO) with attention given to the educational return of the project and experience gained by the team. The experiment was developed by students and teachers from Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). The satellite was launched in December of 2018 and is currently in the early stages of operation.
