With the development of artificial intelligence technology, communication jamming technology with cognitive capability has become the focus of current research. And with the rapid development of UAV technology, the application of UAVs to electronic warfare has received widespread attention. In this paper, we study the method of intelligent jamming based on a UAV platform, where there are multiple pairs of communication link pairs on the ground and a UAV with intelligent jamming ability in the air. Assuming that the UAV is fully aware of the location of the ground communication nodes, using jamming gain assessment techniques and heterogeneous decision clustering techniques, combined with neural networks and reinforcement learning algorithms, the UAV can learn and train to choose at which location node to send a jamming signal in a dynamically changing environment, so that the optimal jamming strategy can be decided to maximize the jamming benefit, i.e. to obtain the most effective jamming effect and the optimal utilization of jamming resources(Energy value of the UAV). The number of successful UAV jams is maximized under a certain value of energy constraint. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
