The parameters matching for drive system are carried out with a towbarless aircraft tractor driven by in-wheel motor. Two representative simulation software of EV (Electric Vehicle) are analysed and compared. The simulation models for drive system of target towbarless aircraft tractor driven by in-wheel motor, main including: vehicle module, wheel module, motor module, battery module and engine module, are designed according to the actual working conditions based on the ADVISOR. Simulation results show that the matched parameters greatly meet the drive targets in the cycle which is established according to the actual working conditions. It lays the foundation and provides technical support for subsequent research and development.
