This paper develops a flight style evaluation index system from the perspective of professional accomplishment in order to strengthen flight style and ensure flight safety. The flight style evaluation model calculates the index weights using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This model quantitatively evaluates the pilot’s daily flight style performance to establish an effective style evaluation mechanism in the long-term to continuously regulate the pilot’s flight style and improve the professionalism of the pilot team.
