At present, China’s high-speed railway construction and operation are developing rapidly and achieving remarkable results. As an important part of China’s construction of a transportation power, high-speed railway stations undertake important transportation functions such as boarding, integration, transfer and connection of large passenger flows. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate their construction and operation level reason-ably. This paper proposed a set of high-speed railway station service level evaluation system. The main contents include: 1) Establishing a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the operation and service level in high-speed railway stations which has macro-meso-micro three levels; 2) Based on analytic hierarchy process, the weight distribution of each indicator is obtained; 3) According to the characteristics, the indicators of a high-speed railway station are evaluated by comprehensive formula calculation method, simulation method and standard determination method; 4) This indicator system has been applied to evaluate the operation and service level of a high-speed railway station in southeast China.
