In the era of smart technology, electric vehicles are increasingly joining fuel-driven vehicles, contributing to rising vehicle volumes and creating challenges in parking management. These challenges include congestion, inefficiency, and difficulties in locating available spaces. This paper presents a solution that provides real-time information on the number of vacant spaces and their exact locations within a parking lot. The system enhances security through a registration process using OpenCV and EasyOCR, allowing only registered vehicles to enter. OpenCV isolates the Region of Interest (ROI) for license plate detection, while EasyOCR extracts license numbers in Bengali and 15 other languages. The system has been tested in a 46-slot parking facility and demonstrated reliable performance under varying lighting conditions, with the model capable of reading license plates at levels as low as 12 lux. This advanced parking system offers a practical and efficient solution for urban areas, improving both security and convenience in managing growing vehicle volumes.
