The optimal operation point of Interior Permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs) deviates from the maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) operating point by parameter change. To cope with this problem, the flux approximation surface against current vector is applied to the torque feedback control. In this paper, a calculation method in the controller is proposed by a linearization method.
