The concept and development of an Android app for real-time location tracking and emergency assistance are presented in this study. The app's implementation makes use of a number of frameworks and technologies to achieve its capabilities. A strong development environment is offered by the Android platform, while location tracking and mapping functions are made possible by the Google Maps API. Additionally, the app includes phone and SMS capabilities to provide seamless communication in case of emergencies. The app uses authentication mechanisms to limit access to location data in order to maintain privacy and security. Users can pick which contacts are given access to their real-time updates and can decide how publicly visible their location is.
