Avionics system integration is a system technology, which can improve the efficiency of system function and the availability of resources. Therefore, the core issue of integrated avionics is to implement optimized system by adopted mathematical optimization methods based on requirement restriction. In this paper, a tool set is developed to realize the avionic integration and evaluation in a semi-automatic way, based on mathematical programming. In the tool set, three steps are proposed, i.e. the system organization based on linear programming, system integration based on optimization algorithm and the requirement analysis based on Boolean logic.
