In order to adapt to the development of science and technology and the needs of society, cryptosystem is also developing towards high speed and high reliability. This paper adopts PCI-Express BUS to replace the traditional PCI BUS, because PCIE is a serial bus in the form of point-to-point, the scheme can avoid the timing out of sync problem when PCI Bus transmits data, the scheme can solve the problem of high-speed data transmission between FPGA and PC. This paper introduces the design of DMA asynchronous transmission scheme based on PCIE bus, and the effectiveness of this scheme is proved by the verification.
