With the development of civil aviation safety management, the airlines' flight operation risk is of increasing concern. Flight operation risk assessment and prediction is the key to improving flight operation safety. How to conduct accurate, effective and feasible flight operation risk assessment and prediction are important issues for airline risk management and control. Based on flight operation multiple factor analysis, through entropy method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight value of flight operation risk factors, a practicable flight operation risk hierarchy model which is applicable to multilevel index is established.
