To achieve earlier and more accurate prediction of the possibility of collisions between vessels and offshore wind farms, this paper proposes a Kalman filter-based approach for predicting the navigational states of vessels and forecasting their trajectories. This method analyzes the positional states of vessels in the preceding time period to predict their positional states in the subsequent time period. Additionally, this paper introduces a collision warning method for wind farm zoning, which accurately predicts the vessel's location in the next time period and considers the vessel's length for determining the level of danger, thus providing precise warnings.
