To increase the safety level of military flight training, a weighting method using grey system theory is proposed for training airspace management safety evaluation indices. In the method, firstly, through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the evaluation index system of airspace management safety is built for military flight training. Then, an expert group grey clustering method based on information entropy is used to weight the evaluation indices. The calculation example shows that, the proposed weighting method can effectively classify similar expert evaluation results and accurately measure the amount of information evaluated by each expert, which can effectively improve the rationality of expert weighting and the scientificity of group decision-making.
