We report SHG properties in QPM quartz. Temperature bandwidth of 32.7/spl deg/C cm at 1064 nm was obtained and wavelength dependence of QPM period was measured for designing UV generator with higher-order QPM by Ti:Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laser.
