Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are the most trending which is used in maximum of the applications of real time environment. Increasing the number of vehicles leads to certain drawbacks like ineffective mobility management, dynamic mobility and unpredictable data transmission leads to lower performance of the vehicles. Effective management of vehicles becomes a most challenging task due to the increased number of vehicles in the particular area. To overcome this and to avoid the obstacles present in the external environment, in recent times Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs) are incorporated. Currently proper localization of UAVs becomes most significant to obtain maximum utility and reduce the complexity of vehicle speed. For that purpose, in this article self-organized UAVs based mobility aware multi clustering (SOU-MMC) concept is introduced. The major categories of this model are the system model, mobility based multi clustering process and cluster maintenance. With the presence of these processes the deployment of UAVs is organized and the network is effectively managed so that the overall performance reaches the maximum level. The implementation is performed in the ns3 software and the parameters concentrated for performance calculation are energy efficiency, delay and network throughput. From the result analysis it is proven that the proposed model performed better in terms of energy efficiency and cluster lifetime.
