Traffic congestion is a major problem in urban area. One of the main causes of congestion is rapidly increase of vehicle traffic during peak hours, mainly in areas with bottlenecks. This negative impact for modern society are economic losses, increase in the number of car accidents, increase in greenhouse emissions and carbon dioxide, and health damages. In this paper shows that qualitative analysis of congestion detection and re-routing strategy based on fuzzy logic, neural network, classifier and during re-routing phase. Using these strategies, we can minimize the traffic.
