UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has the characteristics of small size, low cost and high flexibility. After carrying micro base stations, they can be deployed as air base stations at any time in areas where communication is required. In post-disaster emergency communications, UAVs serve as emergency base stations to provide communications services for users, and to achieve signal coverage in areas that are difficult to reach on the ground. Considering the shortcomings of a single UAV, such as weak invulnerability, limited coverage and power, this paper uses the cooperative method of multiple UAVs to provide services for a wide range of multi-users. At the same time, in order to prolong the duration of the overall communication network, for the UAVs with more user within the range, load balancing is performed through adjacent UAVs to share resource consumption, and the overall coverage time of the drone network is significantly improved.
