In order to unify wireless charging facilities of vehicle assembly (VA) and ground assembly (GA), and realize efficient and safe wireless charging, it is very important to ensure the conformance of communication protocols between VA and GA. Firstly, this paper interprets the latest issued communication protocol standard GB/T 38775.2-2020 for electric vehicle (EV) wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. Then, both a hardware architecture and a software architecture for conformance test of EV WPT systems communication are designed. Finally, a communication protocols conformance test method for EV WPT systems is proposed, which is helpful to the revision of subsequent standards and the improvement of further test.
