Intermittent chaos will take place if the weak signal whose frequency is slightly different from that of the driving force of the Duffing oscillator. An array of oscillators is always used to detect signal of unknown frequency. By changing the common ratio and adding an addition test oscillator, the number of the oscillators is reduced from 79 to 40. A shifting cross zero point chain method is presented to measure the cycle time of the intermittent chaos, and the simulation to show its viability is performed.
