We demonstrate in vivo OCT imaging with < 5 um resolution in tissue at /spl sim/1.3 /spl mu/m wavelength using a new compact, CW, 330 mW, 140 nm bandwidth, holey-fibre continuum light source pumped by a single-mode Yb-fibre laser.
