We report continuous-wave operation of a quantum-cascade laser at 3.2 THz (/spl lambda/ /spl sim/ 94 /spl mu/m) up to a heat-sink temperature of 93 K. Optical powers of /spl sim/1.5 mW at 10 K and /spl sim/400 /spl mu/W at 78 K are observed.
