We demonstrate novel tunable all-optical wavelength conversion and wavelength multicasting using orthogonally-polarized fiber FWM in highly-nonlinear fiber. Less then 0.5 dB power penalty with >25 nm tuning range 3-to-3-multicasting is shown for a 10 Gb/s NRZ system.
