We present an array of electro-optic Bragg gratings to couple optical signals among transceivers through on-chip polymeric waveguides for optical interconnect applications. These integrated couplers provide a promising solution to facilitate dynamically reconfigurable optical interconnects architecture for intra-chip, chip-to-chip and board-to-board data communications. The demonstrated switching speed is 75 /spl mu/s.
