Ballistic trajectories of a femtosecond-wavepacket along whispering gallery modes (WGM) of a spiral-shaped PMMA-DCM microcavity are demonstrated by pump-probe spectroscopy. The pulse scattering on the spiral notch does not prevent its partial recoupling in WGM.
