The article deals with the modernization of the school drone. The modernization of the UAV consisted mainly in changing the design concept and the use of 3D printing technology in the production of some parts. The aim was to modify the non-functional unmanned vehicle so that it would be operational again with minimal financial costs. At the same time, an effort was made to present the possibilities of using modern 3D printing technologies in the conditions of unmanned aerial vehicles.
