Functional quasi-optical systems to treat a Gaussian beam converted from gyrotron output are necessary to the application of gyrotron as a radiation source. The necessary characteristics are compatibility with tunability of output beam waist size, which enables us to ensure the effective coupling of beam to sample and waveguide.
