This work aims to develop computer-aided diagnosis of dysplasia in Barrett's esophagus using endoscopic optical coherence tomography. Current image processing methods include attenuation measurement and texture analysis. Preliminary results indicate encouraging differentiation of dysplastic from nondysplastic tissue.
