Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) have made a great evolution in vehicular system, where they tend to decrease the percentage of accidents annually by maintaining the security of drivers in the road. In recent years, much research has been devoted to the study of the importance of VANETs and improving it; nevertheless, these researches still lack of ensuring broadcasting safety messages and sending non-safety data with less response time, high throughput and a good percentage of successfully received safety packets all at the same time. Our focus in this work goes for allowing vehicles to communicate with each other with less response time, high data throughput, and an acceptable percentage of received safety packets.
